So as the weeks just seem to get busier and busier I started thinking about what my mom calls our “happy place”. The beach in the Dominican was for sure one of my happy places! I wanted to do a big post about vacation and how awesome it was.

We stayed at THE BEST resort the Iberstar Grand Bravaro in Punta Cana! Our resort was one of the nicest that I saw while there- it was also 18 and up which was really nice for where our family is right now. We walked around to other resorts and saw lots of kids having so much fun. Personally since I don’t have a child just yet I think the adults only was perfect!

This doesn’t really do the place justice but it was so pretty!

We spent Christmas on the beach and pretty much everyday at the beach or pool. I even got through about 4 books!

Almost every night we would all dress up and meet for dinner. They had 4 special restaurants and a HUGE buffet the restaurants included French, Italian, Japanese, and Surf and Turf . I honestly can’t pick a favorite I will say the food was AWESOME- Mallory and I even would get room service around midnight!

 My mom celebrated her birthday while we were there! She wins for best place to go for a birthday this year.

I even took a picture of my last drink there… I have become addicted to Bloody Mary’s. Seriously I would kill for one right now but some how I don’t know if drinking alone on a Saturday morning is what you would call “healthy”. So orange juice it is!

Overall the family had a WONDERFUL time! It was nice getting to just hang out and not care about the time or anything. We all would soon travel back so anyone needing a resort review I will be happy to help out I had an awesome time with everyone and the best Christmas!
